Registering for V.A.T.
Registering as a business.
Finding a premises, with suitable business use permission (often very difficult, due to local noise regulations) and a workshop.
Obtaining business insurance.
Obtaining public liability insurance.
Buying the bikes.
Insuring the bikes.
Finding a mechanic.
Advertising.
Getting customers.
Keeping the bikes safe and legal.
Making a profit (this won't happen for 12-18 months, believe me...).

lending bikes to the likes of me!
I'm a biker without a bike and the missus won't let me get one so i need someone like you for short term hire. let me know when it's up and running.

first buy the scooters then find the cheapest insurance then advertise and allways fit trackers if they get pinched.
