i would say yes we do . nothing really changes. apart from finding someone that you want to have sex with gets harder.and exposing body parts is not the same as it was at age 20. keep the lights off and have fun

Not over 60, not that far from it either, but I am less inhibited by sex and definitely would not want a naive lover. Hey if she is healthy, I would say there would be no difference, but the changes in the body might prove some limitations. Good Luck.

I'm 40 and my mom is 63. We have spoken about this same thing.
For both of us, our sex drive has mellowed out a bit with age. We are less likely to have sex unless we are in a committed relationship and not as frequently.
To answer your question.... Yes! it does change, but it doesn't go away
