I really like this dress, but not sure if it's appropriate. I know some people even wear black to a wedding, but I think it's odd so let me know what you think? The couple doesn't mind, but I don't want to be the odd one.

That is a very beautiful dress . . . exquisite and elegant. It'd be perfect to wear to a wedding, but just make sure that you don't stand out too much because, after all, the bride is the centre of attention in a wedding :)

I think it's okay as long as it's not too revealing. Ask someone to also wear red so you won't be the only one. Or have your date wear a little red on his outfit, too. If anyone at the weding asks, tell them it's because red is the color of love and passion.
