I am debating on whether to major in behavioral science or psychology. I lack about the same amount of classes in both(one year), and both sets of courses to graduate have about equal challenge. What are the bachelor's level career choices in both, pay, and opportunities?Competition for a job about the same? I also plan to minor in biology. Any suggestions? Are they about equal all around? what advantages do I have in one or the other, if any?

Double major, and take all the classes, it will only help you, not hinder you in the long run.

I would go for the Psychology Major.

Answers to your questions:

1. not much unless you work in the social sciences
2. no, behavior science requires more education. However psychology major is more generalized and gives you more options later to specialize.

Don't worry as much about your major. Worry more about your grades. Grades matter the most when applying to graduate school.

My guess is that neither will lead to a job in your field of study without a masters degree.
