If the question is serious and intended to find an answer, I'd go with the smart one. If it's a question looking for the most interesting answer, probably the funny one

If it's a serious question, it deserves a well thought out serious answer. The funny, flip answers take about 10 seconds that earn the answerer 2 points. The long, intelligent answer was put there because someone really cares to share their knowledge and experience.

It would depend upon the situation. The short one would usually win, I dont like to read a whole lot. I am too busy.
