Sorry but your nose wont lose weight. Its made out of cartilage so it will actually keep growing(along with your ears) the rest of your life even after the rest of your body stops growing. But don't worry it will grow very slowly. Also don't worry about your nose appearing bigger if you exercise but still eat your face shouldn't start to cave in or anything.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

It's impossible.
Your nose is made of cartilage and skin. There is no fat. Just like your ears.
Only surgery will reduce the size.

no, probably not, but the rest of your face will thin out if you loose weight. But don't worry, your nose won't seem larger than before.

It is most definitely possible and likely! It does depend on your ethnicity, but as you lose fat content, you'll lose it in the cheeks and face as well as the fat that is on the tip of your nose. The nose does have fat as well as cartilage and bone to give it shape. Even your toes will lose fat content as you lose weight. :)
Make sure you're losing fat content and gaining muscle though proper exercise, healthy foods, and happy thoughts! It's not about "losing weight" it's about gaining muscle and losing fat content. :)
Hope that helps!

No, I don't think so becase your nose is made up mostly of cartilage, and there isn't much fat on it anyways. It's pretty much just cartilage and skin.

no. there is no adipose tissue in your nose. what your nose has is cartilage not fat cells. if you lose weight, your nose would not be affected!
