would start with a hot bubble bath, bath you, wash your hair, bring you a drink, have you just relax for few minutes, help you out,dry you off, then have you lay down and i would rub oil all over your body, then give you a Swedish massage, paying close attention to your neck, around your ears, your face, moving slowly across your chest between and circling around each breast, teaing only the nipple, not touching it,down over your ribs, across your stomach, around & in your belly button while slowly moving over lower stomach down between your leggs all the way to your feet, and rub each foot moving back up each leg one at a time, and then turning you over and massaging your back to your shoulders coming down the middle of your back towhere would pay close attention to each of your butt cheeks and between your thighs back down to your feet and up to your neck and shouders. Then you should be good and relaxed. You ready

Using lotion

I start at the feet and relax them first

Move up to the ankles and lower legs

Next the upper legs and hips

The lower back gets quite a bit attention

Upper back and shoulders working the muscles from the center outwards

Arms

Center at the back of the neck out to the top of the shoulders

Back to the lower back

Then the Butt

Total time 1 hour

I wouldn't have a clue.

But happy Friday the 13th to you. I had a good day at work and never paid much attention to the date. Black Friday.

Hmmm, considering that I would have to approach this in a professional manner, a simple mango and shea butter lotion on the shoulders and back would have to suffice. Simply relax as you wish and inhale a choice of incense aromas as some moderately skilled hands slowly kneed and work the stress from your muscles in the back, shoulders, and neck.
Enjoy.

I would start at the shoulders, rubbing slow and hard. Work my way down the spine. Go get the hot oil, and return to the shoulders, and down...down...Uh...I'll be right back!
