erm... I may be wrong, but it was Selene who had Endymion's children... she was also a moon goddess, but different from Artemis.

Even those that she procects she will continue to protect them even if they get married and have children. She is my archtype, well half, the other half is Hestia, she protects me when i get in bad realationships and have a hard time with men. SHe is very faithful to those she protects.

Artemis is the Greek goddess of the the moon, the hunt, wild things, and woodlands. She is also the goddess of chastity, modesty, and virginity. She does not allow men to see her unclothed, and has only female companions. One time a man called Actaeon saw her bathing, so she changed him into a stag, and she set his own hounds on him.

She is also the patoness of child birth and that has a tendency to happen to young people when they get married. She knows what love is because she loved Endymion enough to have 50 children by him.
Oh yes, by remaining chaste within the rites of your marriage, she will surely continue your relationship.
SHH--Artemis had 50 daughters by Endymion--see cite
"Endymion begged Zeus for perpetual youth, sleep, and immortality so he could prolong this present dream forever. Artemis bore him 50 daughters and according to legend she still visits him nightly in his immortal sleep."

not necessarily, She could simply stand for spiritual purity. Also, just because She is chaste doesnt mean that u have to be. This is a question to ask Her. And sometimes our patron deities change for no apparent reason. She wouldnt cease protecting them unless it was time for a new patron. Then that God would protect them.
