Exercise Routine

If you're over 35, you might want to take it easy at first, then do it
faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

SCROLL DOWN............

NOW SCROLL UP..

That's enough for the first day.

Great job.

Have a glass of wine.

You are probably working out too much without giving yourself sufficient amount of time to rest and gain strength. Also, remember to eat frequently and drink at least 64 ounces of water per day. Don't expect to see results in a single day. When I first start lifting after wrestling season ends, I feel very strong for the first day or two, then I find that I can't lift as much for a couple of weeks. Over time, your body gets stronger while building endurance.

35 is not that "smurfing" old yet. But any little bit helps.
I just drink my beverages straight out of the jug or bottle. That way it weighs more and then I do a few reps while I lift it to my mouth. Now thats a real workout!!!!

Best exercise progamme is the single handed lift
left arm raise

left arm lower
right arm raise

right arm lower
Repeat as often as possible
of course it's all in the weights in the hands
reccomended starting weight 20 fl. oz. in each
decreasing after each lift.

I'm 22, so I adapted your exercise regime to push another scroll up out of myself.

Ahhh, that feels good.

Now, back to my wine..... ;-)
