while some people may say that, i would think that many dont,,,,,,,,,, as to probability, you if want to allow for anything being possible,,,,,, then i would say there is a 99.9999 chance its not true , unlikely,,, so i guess that would be a .0001 chance that it is possible,,,,,

As this is not a mathematical question, there is no way to give an exact mathematical percentage of the probability of the world being illusory.
However, the only evidence in favor of solipsism is that it is possible. There is no other evidence, either based in reason or experience, that suggests that this is the case. There is a lot of evidence that suggests that solipsism is wrong, and the only reason we cannot conclusively exclude it as a possibility is because it is logically possible that it is true. This is more of a formality than anything else. We must acknowledge that it is possible because it is not LOGICALLY impossible, but we have no good reason to believe that it is true.

No way to get a statistical perspective on this..
What would you measure? And how? How can you measure the probabilty of an all-encompassing reality? You would have to have accurate knowledge about ALL events in space time which have happened before this (actual) point in space-time to know any accurate probabilty of real events...
If we are ALREADY in the matrix, we would NOT have such an accurate perspective... so we would not be able to find out any accurate probability.
If we are NOT already in the matrix, we STILL wouldn't be able to assertain an accurate probability unless we were something close to omniscient...which we are NOT...
I would go out on a limb here and say that being in the matrix is unlikely...
but.....ask me when i'm on mushrooms and i'd most likely tell you its 100% certain that we are...!!
Reality is a perspective affected by the fungus among us...

Given the fact that this idea was created by a science FICTION writer, I place the probabilty at 0%.
