I am replacing the window on a 1994 Geo Metro and can not remove the handle that makes the window go up and down. I need to get into the door.

It is a clip in between the handle and the door. Just need a 90 degree pick to get hold of it. A pain in the butt. I used to own a 1993 Geo.

They are on in two ways. One is with a screw in the handle, and the other is with a spring clip that fits in between the handle and the door panel. Good luck

I actually have a similar problem with both homestead windows on my 1994 Metro. i have thoroughly taken them aside and been to diverse junk yards to locate aspects to fix them. what's a regulator? Is there an a lot less complicated thanks to get those fastened?

autozone sells a special tool to get it off, there's a spring clip between the door panel and the handle that you have to pop out in order to get it off.
