depends....I held in my emotions for 8 years 'cause I had no friends until I couldn't take it anymore....so I cried a LOT!!!!....now I still can cry a lot.....my soul's been hurt a lot & now I'm really fragile

normally i hold in my emotions and dont show anyone how i feel. i only share my emotions with very few people who i can trust with anything. emotions are powerful things and yes i know it's not good to keep them bottled up but to tell everyone isn't good either. so you have to find a balance i guess

Definately hold mine in.I can be as cold as ice & have alot of trust issues.Sometimes it's caused relationship problems in the past but once you get to know me & I trust you,I open up & I'm the coolest chick you'll ever meet! LOL :P

there are times that i can hold.. but there are times that i just suddenly start crying.. i am not a miserable person! i am very positive but i just dont show my emotions much to people. so when i face myself, i just cant hold it.. i dont like to show my soft side to people..

I have a habit of keeping them in with friends, years I keep stuff hidden then one day I exploded. Now I don't have them, oh well no more taking advantage of me!! users!!!
