I'm a true carnivore, and a nice, tender, medium-well, filet mignon is right up my alley. YUMMY! Then I'd eat the PB&J with a glass of milk later for a midnight snack.

Wow an Australian ;O Peanut butter and jelly is a common sandwich in the states. :) Peanut butter is made from peanuts. Jelly is usually fruit in a jar without the seeds. Jam (which is better for you) has seeds and chunks of fruit. Peanut butter and jelly is served on bread. Jelly is not like jello but they both do jiggle :) It's also reffered to as PB&J. -had one this morning-

That is what I am missing the most while staying in Asia for some years already: A tender, juicy filet mignon, and a nice glass of red wine...delicious!!!

Might as well do it right. First, a glass of Myers Dark Rum with a slice of lime, please. Ahhhhh. Now your best prime filet mignon, cooked medium rare, with a baked potato - butter, salt & pepper, AND sour cream on that, please. Some mostaccioli with a tomato-based sauce on the side plus hot rolls and honey butter, too. A glass of your good house red wine with that should go well, don't you think? Thanks!
That was great! Now a glass of Drambuie for dessert & I'll be on my way.
