There are a few coins from Taiwan depicting the first president of the republic Chiang Kai-Shek, both circulating and commemorative issues. The coins in your possession is probably a circulating issue; either one of these(book values for average circulated condition) :
1 yuan type 1966 ($0.25)
1 yuan type 1981-94 ($0.10)
5 yuan type 1970-81 ($0.35)
5 yuan type 1981-89 ($0.15)
10 yuan type 1981-93 ($0.30)

Looks like Chiang Kai-shek is on the Republic of China (Taiwan) 10 dollar coin made of copper/nickel . It is a coin larger than an American quarter. Made from 1981-1994. The date is a year date in Chinese, that is year 70 through Year 83. In mint state it books a $1. There was also a year 85 gold coin to make his 80th birthday. It is worth around $625.00. There was also a silver medal made, that is not a coin, but looks like the gold coin. I have no value on it.
