You are my Sunshine, my only Sunshine, you make my happy when skies are grey. You'll never know, dear, how much I love, you, please don't take my sunshine away.

I feel that way when I do something and I feel during the entire process that the only reason I am doing it is cos someone else didn't want to. I don't like having someone dump their responsibilities on me.

I often feel taken for granted at work, but as long as I can go home knowing i'v worked hard and done a good job I don't mind.

Why do you ask?

Normally when someone asks me for a favour. I need to learn how to say no but I just can't. As for how often, every time I go to school. People just use me.

For past 15 years of my marriage. Just recently I started to stand for myself. I knew what I am worth and I just learning how to say "NO!" I have a good progress and feel much better. And my lovely husband (LH) started to feel that is well. Scary at the beginning...just to be a rock instead of soft blanket ;)

almost everyday at work. what do i do about it? - move away from home, complain a lot about the work in hand and general kick up enough fuss (calmly works best) until things get changed. Also i b#tch about those taking me for granted down the local or to my friends.

This often implies that a service you perform goes unnoticed or is oft unappreciated. If you feel like you are taken for granted, stop what it is you are doing.
