It will be extremely difficult to get another Sachin Tendulkar. When Sachin Tendulkar started playing in the International level, he was not the Tendulkar who is known today and only experience and international exposure helped him to become a player who is known now. Similarly wsome youngster will com up as good as Sachin Tendulkar in the near future.

The best replacement for Sachin Tendulkar would be of a very talented youngster, who loves the game, loves playing for the indian nation and is a moral booster to the team. We really don't need to replace a Sachin, we have to try to find someone who is better. The board should always be positive.

It's tough to say that. But Someone will come in future who may be better than him or close. When Gavasker was there.. we did not know Sachin. So just wait and watch. Technically, Kaif and Raina is as strong as Sachin. in current team.

Come on man, don't lose hope for Sachin. He can strike back when he'll have the chance. Players like him, Lara and Ponting should play till their end around 38 years or so.

I would say it must be Gautam Gambhier. He is a very Aggresive cricketer and does not like to be bogged down by bowlers. He looks a perfect replacement for the Little (Known)Master.
