I walked to Elementry school. It was like 1/4 mile away. There was like 10 of us kids in the neighborhood. Then I walked to Jr High. (7th and 8th grade) it was right across the street. Then I walked to highschool rain or shine till I could drive even though my sister drove there. Sucked because I hade to lug all my baseball and football gear and my books about 1 1/2 miles up and down a couple of hills.

I had to walk to school and back every day when it was rainy I would ask my neighbor for ride then I would walk back when ever I wal late I would ride the city bus

well, this was seventeen years ago took the bus for 5 years, school was close by so walked for 3 yrs, and high school for 4 yrs on bus.
