If I sent it out today, and they picked it up around 1:30 or 2pm will it arrive to that person the same day. Or it would the next day? Because I know one time someone I know got it the same day, but other's I know got it the next day. Does it depends on the time?

Usually- if that person lives in the SAME State you do- they should get your mail in ONE day (Tomorrow- in this case). The further away they live- the longer it'll take. Now it IS possible to send a letter & have it arrive- on the same day. -But ONLY in the few weeks before Christmas- when the Post Office is "pulling all the stops" out- to get everyone's cards, letters & packages deliverd in time before the Holiday (They hire alot of extra people & work 'round the clock to do this). And yes, the EARLIER you can get your mail out (at your Post Office), the BETTER your chance IS- that it'll be deliverd the next day.

If it's picked up before 12 noon you could get it the next day. However, if it's picked up in the evening you will have a 2-3 day wait.

it depends on what time the mail man picks up the mail and if he has other stops to make and pick up other mail. Normally you would get it the next day

it would arrive to the person the next day, i know that cuz my friend sent my an invitation on one day and i got it the day after she sent it to me and she lives close to me so that's how i know.
