Is not yet official but if past tradition is respected the book # 7 "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" will be released in Italy on July 21st,2007, exactly the same day as in UK, USA,Canada and Australia.
For sure you can find it, in the original English version too, in the best libraries of the largest towns.

If you mean in English language, yes, although in main cities only, generally. Last time original English language edition was put on sale at the very same minute in most Countries, including Italy.
