The first ee sound is /i/, but the second is actually a schwa, which is a featureless vowel in English. It's phonetic transcription is an upside-down "e".
I really like this question. How did ET pronounce it?

The person's name is Reese, and the last e is silent. If your friend was named Reese and he had some candy, would you say it was "Reese-ees" candy? No, you would say "Rees-ez." If your friend was named Shanice ans SHE had some candy, would you say that's Shaneeec-eez candy? Of course not.. Short vowel on the end. I always think "Reese-eez" sounds ignorant.

In phonetic script, it looks like this: /ri:siz/.

The /i:/ sound is the "ee" in "tree", or the "ea" in "grease".

The /i/ sound is the "i" in "fish".

Hope this helps.
