one of my ex girlfriends...

I think a cat ( although I have four rabbits) as they are independant creatures and have lots of quirks. My rabbits are the best for cuddles and playing with. Watching them binky round the lounge and chasing and playing is relaxing and makes me laugh, but they are high maintenance as they can get ill very quickly. Dogs ( although ok) are demanding and sometimes very loud, and their owners think theirs is the best even if when they're out, the dog barks constantly as it " only misses us ". I think the best pet is the one which suits you, your lifestyle and your personality and your commitment. One day I hope to get a snake and a pet spider.

Guinea pigs have been my personal favourite small pet as they are easy to handle (do not scratch or kick to get away like a rabbit does and never bite like mosts rodents).

Dogs would be my overall favourite because they are affectionate and are like another family member.

Boe my last hamster. sadly he passed away (or rather was put down) cuz he decided eating his own stomach was a great idea...idiot..lol. he was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sweet!! and kinda to thick to bite any1. if he got scared he'd just roll on his bk and wiggle his legs in the air. lol. got him a few pickles tho. he was a teddy hamster (long haired basically), he got a bit of hair caught in his wheel and tried rolling ova with the hair stuck. the more he did it the more tangled up he got!!!! lol. silly bugger. he was 4 years old when i had to get him put to sleep. ahhhh, still miss him. my new hamster is so different, bites EVERYTHING in sight. mean lil bugger. still love him tho!!!!

so...hamsters!
or rabbits...i got a very fat, very lazy rabbit who'll amusingly enuf kiss u!! u tap ur hand, or cheak and say "sharra kiss" and she will!!! SO cute. bless

I've had one of everything. Speaking from experience...
Snakes, Turtles and Rabbits are perfect for apartment dwellers, along with hamsters and guinea pigs.
Dogs are perfect in backyards. Cats are perfect in houses. Parrots are cool everywhere.

Cats! Very fastidious with their cleaning. Mine hang out in my office while I work and one sleeps on my lap while watching TV. 2 of them (I have 4) sleep on my legs at night (I've learned not to roll around, lol) and one cuddles up to my chin (makes my hubby jealous, he says). Plus, they are very sensitive to your moods. Whenever we feel sad about something, they rub against us, trying to make us feel better. Plus, cats are trainable. We have two that play fetch with plastic bizzy-balls (just like our dog with her tennis ball). They are also generally smart enough not to go out into the rain and get wet (unlike dogs)!

awwwwww ickle wickle bunny rabbits with floppy ears, theyre so cute and unlike kittens they stay cute even when they grow up. Theyre faithful like a dog you dont have to walk it every day and theyre playful like cats but without the selfishness.
