The thing is...Men get married and expect the woman to stay the same and she changes. Women get married and expect the guy to change and he doesn't so its not that they are scared just confused.

Not having been married, I'm not going to claim expertise.

The fear that you're asking for most likely stems from the rapid change in the dynamics of the relationship. They married their wife because they loved the whole package combination. When their new spouse begins to change the package that they pledged their heart to, they may feel that they've become trapped with someone other than who they married. I think it's important to keep an open dialog with one's spouse about any changes or behaviors that bother us.

On a side note, why the change? If you were fine dressing up and putting on make-up during the courting then why is that different now? Your husband married a woman that dresses up, and now you're changing that.

Yes. Why does the makeup and short skimpy clothes go after the wedding?

Your question isn't very clear, are you trying to say do men get scared that once he's married the wife wont keep her self attractive anymore?

That is a reasonable fear. Look at how a woman will portray herself to get a man's attention then once she has it it's Do what she says when she says and she doens't want to be hot anymore.

F that.

Ok the answer is this. A good husband will just grow closer and love his wife even more! I know alot of young married couples who still look good for each other and just love each other even more than before! So chose a guy who will make marriage something better than dating!

Best Wishes!!! ;)

I'm married and still use make-up and wear short skimpy clothes. In fact, for him, I wear even skimpier stuff than I did cos he loves it!

makeup and short skimpy clothes shouldn't make a man want to marry you...if it does, then yes, when they go so will he.

yes, because at first you was all cute but then it changed. He want the same way YOU looked BEFORE yall got married. Thats the main reason men cheat. So my advice to you is dont change your style because you have him, gurl keep yo self looking good so he can want you more and more.

No we get upset after marrying someone and they stop caring how they look and then just expect us to deal with it.
