Should we install mandatory requirements in college sports like football and basketball that forces the college to offer proportionately equal scholarships to white players? Considering that whites make up 80% of the USA population and blacks make up 13% (2005 Census) it seems unfair that the football and basketball teams are predominantly black. If we balk at this question then why do we support forcing colleges to hire black coaches?

Another side note that not many reporters had the nerve to report was when Patrick Ewing Jr, in reference to Georgetown's Basketball program, was quoted that "the Princeton offense was mostly associated with white people, not athletes." Why did this not become headline news and a cry from the public about racism? Is it ok to call white people " non-athletes" ?

It appears to me that the USA has started embracing reverse racism and will it eventually make the non-racist white person become racist because of the consistent one sided complaining?

I think it's because white folks from the burbs aren't as effected by it. Growing up a poor white boy born on the other side of the tracks I grew up in a neighborhood that was racially diverse so I had to deal with reverse racism from day one. I had to pull myself up by my bootstraps on my own. Most white people are so insulated in the burbs this kind of thing doesn't bother them. I think academic assistance should NEVER EVER be based on race, it should be based in income. Is it fair for a minority from a well to do family to get more financial help then a white person who was born in raised in a trailer park? Hell no. The time has come for everyone to clean up their own backyard before knocking on their neighbors door. Everyone should be called on their racist attitudes regardless of race. When a white father tells his offspring he doesn't want them dating outside their race, he is branded a racist. If a Asian father does the same thing society condones it because he is preserving his culture.

Is "cracker, honky and whitey" racist names. I think they are but I'm not screaming foul. If the world wants to be politically correct, then I am Caucasian, not white. But I'm not complaining. I'm not a racist, I believe the KKK, skinheads and all white supremacists should be done away with. But to answer your question, yes I think if one race is complaining all the time, people will become less compassionate towards them, and eventually tire of listening to it.

Heck you are a bit late, it started in '74 when whites would be turned away from hiring because our politicians started affirmative action (in and of itself was reverse discrimination)
I lost an opportunity to be a Houston Cop cause civil service told me; "I was the wrong sex and color". It wasn't a matter of who was better educated etc. just what color and gender.

Sports=black athletes=assured attendance=lots of money=exploitation>recruiting less athletic white players=THE TRUTH ABOUT SPORTS. The Missippippi Supreme Court has upheld the convictions of KKK leader Edgar Ray Killen in the slaying of 3 civil rights leaders in 1964. Now that is what I call news.................................g et over yourself.
