I have a lot of down time on my job too. I just get a soft drink and read a book. It makes the time go by quick. You can also go to http://www.jigzone.com and do some puzzles. They're fun.

Sounds like you have a lot of free time at work. Why not take up knitting or crochet. You could make slippers, scarfs, pot holders. These are small projects that are easy to carry and don't take to much time to do. Sure will make time go by faster. When you are done making them you can give them as gifts to friends, family, co-workers for birthday presents, Christmas presents etc. Now stay awake and get busy with you project.

Friendship bracelets (made of embroidery thread) are mess free and easy to make...simply tying series of knots. You can pick up a simple pattern online. Plus, they are addictive once you start and you could possibly turn a profit by selling them to coworkers! :)
OR... you could try LITERATI at Yahoo games.
It is online version of scrabble. Several to choose from!
Have fun!
