I purchased a product with a 1 year guarantee and had it replaced after 6 months because it was faulty. After another 6 months the replacement is now also faulty. does the 1 year guarantee start again from the time that i had it replaced ? as it is only 6 months old.

Yes, you get a new replacement plan for 1 year

(by any chance are you talking about the 360...cuz they extended the warranty so you should be good no matter what)

the store shud have gave you a new receipt for you replacement if so it will be still under guarentee as it will still have 6 months left on it!!!

No, it would from the time that you first obtained possession of that product. Your warranty may have already expired.
