Give me a break! They'll just end -up playing in WNBA.... mark my word ! They're all over tv stations now. Imus made them famous. They should thank Imus for that , instead of accusing him a racist !

Imus didn't make them famous. The media made them famous. Do you think they want to be famous for being insulted. Thats like Monica Lewinsky being famous for giving a bl ow job. You think the entire team will make it to the WNBA? Maybe 3 or 4 but definitely not the entire team. Some of them will go on to do other things. How has any of this press helped them? You're the most famous person to be insulted by a radio jock.... who wants that title? Well, maybe it might be something you'd be satisfied with.

I don't think it was the women who accused Imus of being racist but the self-appointed black representative and speaker Al Sharpton. I think being called a hoe was what got the players mad because they were being belittled as women.
I didn't say she didn't mention that they would be lawyers but I think the reason she said that was because he used the word hoe he belittled them as women as I mentioned before. And as someone else posted on here Imus didn't make them famous the media did that. This whole thing was blown way out of proportion if you ask me.

I think things could have been worked out much better if Sharpton and Jackson hadn't put their two cents in.H e apologized and they accepted. In my opinion he is an old man who didn't think before he flapped his gums.He was wrong but his employment should not have been taken away. And by the way he has raised a lot money for sycle cell anemia and will continue to do so.The man was an idiot but has a good heart.MY OPINION
