It depends on how the doctor ties it at birth. My daughter has an innie, but my son has an outie that looks like a cinnabon. They're both cute in their own way.
Innies can turn into outies if you get fat, like when a woman is pregnant, but they go back.

Depends on the Naval hospital they went to. Some have better Naval intelligence, but if you have one you don't like, just go to the Naval reserve for a replacement.
