Every Night before I go to bed after the dishes are done, I will spray my Sink with a Cleaner that contains Bleach. Bleach not only cleans the sink but it disinfects it also and kills odors..

Get some ice cubes about 3 pounds, and turn on the cold water and the disposal, begin pouring the ice cubes into the disposal, you may need to force them down with a spoon or such, as the disposal is breaking up the ice, it will send little shards of ice all over the inside of the disposal cleaning every little crevice, this will remove the bacteria causing the smell. After this you can also slice up a lemon and send it down the disposal to get rid of any risidual smell.

Mix a sink full of HOT water and a cup and a half of bleach. When the sink is full of water, pull the plug and drain the bleach/water. You may have to replace your "trap" which is the curved part in the pipe, located directly under your sink. A sink full of Bleach/water, every couple of weeks should keep the smell and the mold down. Hope this helps!

Put some baking soda down the drain to get rid of the smell and some lemon slices to freshen it up. Slice the lemon in small pieces, run the water, and turn the disposal on.

Ugh, the dreaded stinky disposal hole. if it is really built up down there, start with egg shells. They will help remove all the big chunks of mildew. Then bleach it. That should remove most of it. If it gets really built up in there, you will have to put your hand inside and clean it manually. Regularly running eggshells or lemons through will help keep it at bay.

First run a tray full of ice cubes through. Then a cut up lemon or any other citrus fruit. Take the splash guard out and clean it.(You'll be amazed at how dirty it is). If it still smells pour in a cup of baking soda and run lots of cold water.

either pour baking soda & vinegar down it & let it clean it out; OR put a lemon or orange down the disposal & run the disposal. Or you could do both.
