I shake my brains in trying to find out what I can do to escape boredom and I usually succeed. In other words: I never say die to the prospect of being killed by boredom. A tip: I find that if I go for a jog in the park and then have a nice shower it erases completely the possibility of being bored for the rest of the day. It has to do with the raise in well being chemicals in the body such as serotonin and dopamine produced by jogging and the satisfaction that I have done something good for my health.

I cant say i do really,but when i do i just do something,anything i want even if is the washing up,i usually go through all of the satyelite channels there is allways plenty to watch on there,a favourite channel of mine is uk gold,and the discovery channels they have some amazing stuff on there,or i just go on the internet,and usually end up wasting my time on here.

I push my hands down the front of my trousers and fiddle. Or I eat crisps. Sometimes I do both, but I always wash my hands after eating.
