How long after ovulation are you getting the watery mucus? When I got prego with my last baby, I thought maybe I was ovulating twice, but it was actually that I was pregnant.
With it being a week and a half after possible O, I would totally take a test when it's been 2 weeks after! You could ver well be pregnant! Good luck! :)

Definitely see a doctor asap, you could have some kind of infection, that actually sounds like bv (bacterial vagi.something can't remember), type of std but not serious, less serious then yeast infection, and its NOT caused by sleeping around don't worry no ones cheating...I hope. Anyhow, its easy to clear up with a little pill for 10 days...you can get it because of the transfer of body fluids in the vaginal area.
If you are trying to pin point the time you ovulate its usually 10-14 days before the first day of your next period...if your regular...good luck.
BTW...Having sex every second day is best because his sperm needs a day to build up again, and on the days you do ovulate it is usually for 2 days strong.

The mucus you are seeing is seminal residue from intercourse since you were having intercourse so frequently. Many women see what looks like mucus the day after having sex, but it's really just their husband's semen from the night before (not all of it comes right back out immediately).
It's going to be hard to read your mucus signs because the semen is "obscuring" them and confusing your observations.
That's why it's good to check your basal body temperature, too. It will tell if you ovulated because your temp will elevate noticeably after ovulation.
If your period doesn't come and you still have this mild cramping then it is most likely implantation of the fetus.

Have you been charting? Temps, cervical mucous, height, softeness, openness etc? I used the TCOYF for birth control and pregnancy. After charting, using an ovulation predictor kit and using "Pre-Seed" sperm friendly lubricant, my husband and I became pregnant.
Go buy an ovulation predictor kit, basil body thermometer, Pre-Seed (www.preseed.com) and the book, "Taking Charge of Your Fertility," by Toni Weschler.

What that is is semen.
Remember, he's ejaculating inside you. It has to come back out. And usually, it comes out in a slow drip, as if you're very "wet".
You can fix it by douching and washing yourself out a little bit after sex (don't worry about his sperm, they'll be as far in as they're going to get) to get rid of the excess. But other than that, there's not much except to get used to it.

See a doctor. That could be so many things. Semen, infection, burst cyst, excess estrogen, etc. See a gyn. GL
