Be careful until you purchase one. They have them at jewelry stores in the mall or at piercings sites. they shouldnt cost more than ten dollars.

What type of jewelry do you have? If it's a ring, try not to move it around too much untill you get a new one. If it's a stud, a very small elastic band around the end will stop it from comming out untill you can get a new one. Go to your piercing studio as soon as you can to get a new one. You should be able to replace it for under $5

This may sound weird but tape together two very small pieces of duct tape to the end of the stud where the ball goes. Make sure that its tight enough so it doesnt come off but not too tight so it can't move. That should hold in place until you get a new one. Good luck!!

If you don't have the ball, you can get replacements at Clarie's or Hot Topic. They are usually only like $6 if your just buying the balls. The people at the store can usually help ya figure out what Gage and all that.

Is it a ring? If so, it should stay there pretty much on its own as long as you're not twisting and turning it.

If it's a new piercing I rec. that you go back to your piercer and let them know, they might just put a new one in for you for free.
