I have some files that start with KB then no. and the word log, can I erase these files?

these files are written in the notebook

These are the logs for your windows (Or other applications) automatic updates. You can remove them and it won't cause any problems.

Those are installation log files for Windows updates. Usually, they can be deleted because it is just a log of what happened during the install, in case it fails.

These are Windows Update files, it can be safely removed but it's not recommended because Windows might need it in future (to undo the changes)
