Yes. Personally I like dark, wet, cold, gloomy days.... there is something very nurturing about snuggling up under the covers with some old movies and a bunch of snack food, the heater on and nothing to do but relax.... then just about when you have had enough, out comes the sun, and that lovely it has just rained smell.

I'd like to think that but last time I checked it was still raining and my kids are getting cabin fever.
