With some logic, I can't figure, why we would have any base in all of Asia left? What for? China is the new police there, whatever reason we ever had, its obsolete I heard that the Pentagon has even some old forts against Indian Natives in Texas still operating. Do they kill bisons on the weekends?

I forget, the "we have to defend the freedom for otheres" crap. And the "we need a base agains China" crap. If China would give a rats ***, the crummy USA force stationed there would disappear overnight without a trace ever found. How gullible and naive can you get?

Because it suits US political interests to have them there and the governments that "host" them and pay for the majority of their costs aren't in a position (for whatever reason) to tell them to sod right off. Besides, the ignorant neanderthals of the US military *are* slightly better than the imperial neanderthals that the Chinese would be if the US wasn't there to act as a counterweight.

They are probably there to help protect the South Koreans from the imperial interests of the tyranny in North Korea. China does not give a crap about South Korea.

First off your a retard that does not know his facts. Second off all of us located in ROK are here because of the armistice agreement we signed 50 years ago with DPRK. The ROK alliance is one of the strongest in the world and continues to grow. We are here to provide support and a safe guard against DPRK and other threats in the area. China's rising superpower is a threat to the US global influence. That is why. They are also in talks with the Indian government to build US bases in India as well.
