I have a Moto Slvr phone from Metro pcs and i want to download my itunes on the phone. I have the usb cord and my computer and phone have bluetooth. I have a macbook and a dell desktop and I can't get either one to download the music. Please help.

When I plug my phone in to my computer with the usb cord nothing happens. I open itunes and it doesn't find my phone either.

I have a pc & the SLVR, and it's a totally easy setup. Once iTunes is installed, plug in the phone via usb.
It will detect it and you can either drag items to the phone, or make a playlist and load that.
I'm sure the mac is just the same.
Note: you might need to let iTunes update the phone.
