I'm not sure, but I really don't think that having a prenup would be the way to go..

Just from reading different things on here, from other women asking questions similar to the one you've just asked.. I really don't think that your income is going to have anything to do with an existing child support order. The child is his, and he is the one who they are going to be looking at, as far as the one who will be paying the child support. I really don't think that whatever you make or don't make would have anything to do with it.

You should definately consult with an attorney though, just to make sure.
