Yes, they are signs of pregnancy but you can never know for sure. And usually when you are in pain that is not a good sign, it should be more of a discomfort and more towards the left side, if its more on the right that could be appendicitis, which can kill you...Everyone on here says go to the doctor, if you think it could be appendicitis, definitely go asap...if you think you are pregnant at least start taking the vitamins...even if you aren't they are good for you. I'm glad I did, and when I finally did go to the doctor today they were very relieved I started taking the vitamins early as I am 4 weeks along yeah!!
My sister was 9 weeks pregnant before the tests started coming back positive, so even if it says negative you never know.

Could be. If you have regular periods, then missing one is probably a really good sign. I always know I'm pregnant within just 2 days of missing a period and I've been pregnant 3 times now.
The lower stomach pain could be implantation cramping.
If your period comes....then I guess it was just early menstrual cramps!
You can take a pregnancy test right now and it will be accurate.

You are not going to really know until you have a blood test. It could simply be that you are late and now am getting menstrual cramps prior to getting your period.
