Why don't you ask her husband this? If he allows you go ahead marry her. It is only his priority to allow her to marry second time during his life time, either he gives her divorce or allow you to marry her, all though it will be bigamy for her which is a punishable offence but only on his complaint. If a man can have two wives why not a woman has two husbands? Now before anyone comments on this aspect let me tell you that in India there exist certain societies where having two or more husbands at the same time still exist, although such societies are very rare but the truth is that they do exist. So no problems go ahead with your proposal to her husband & wait for a suitable response. All the best!

You need to face up to a couple of harsh realities. First one is, you don't mess around with married women, doesn't matter who initiates it, it's just not done, because it leads to all kind of untold trouble. Second is, walk away and leave her be. Whether you think she's making the right decision or not by staying with her husband, it's still her decision, and you need to learn to respect that, otherwise you're going to cause yourself an awful lot more hurt. Walk away. And no, you can't marry somebody who's already married, at least not in most countries.

If d girl love u also then just ask her to Divorce and u ppl can easily get married!
But ur family should also agree if u want to take her n ur home coz for a parents its never easy to accept a divorcee women .
This is d drawback of India ,there is no problems for a divorced man but if u say about a divorced woman , ppl start to gossip. So u should be bold enough to give her all d support.

U can marry a married girl but just a condition that : -
1) she should be a divorcee
or else
2) she should be a widow

You can love a married woman because Love never happens knowingly---it happens but the point is this whether she loves you the same and wanted to marry you?You love each other then no problem----go and marry--dont bother for the society.Our society will not help you.You have to take a firm step to marry--as the marriage is between the two.I think better not to have relationships secretely with the lover.Better go for marriage--.The people may make you weak in taking the risk but I suggest you go for it.

Does she like you in return? You might just be infatuated by her; not necessarily "in love" with her. Shes married and as far as I can tell, happy with her husband. Leave her be and let her live her life with her HUSBAND. There is someone else out there just dying to find you and marry you. Who knows, the ne girl might be better looking than the married women. ♥

My point of view totally unethical world is wide -open and big lot of resoucres your are matured sit lonely and think asked your heart twice about your thought is correct or not,vice verse happened to you then what is your feeling there is no end and meaning life is for live and enjoy no complication
but how we are decide the way is important

You don't. Obviously if she is married, she is happy and does not want any extra drama in her life. Try someone new, i reccomend someone single. Find somone with your interests and your ideal image of a soul mate, but don't rush things!!! Give her (new person) some time to grow to like you. Forget about the married girl, unless you are friends. Yeah, sh might not like it if you forget about her. I wish you the best of luck. Remember, there is someone for everyone.

If she's already married - you can't unless she decides to leave her husband and get a divorce.
For your sake, I suggest you move on and find someone who isn't married. Affairs most always lead to heartbreak.
