From what sources can i prove that people who are not interested in facts and conclusions would prefer to learn about the human personality through novels than through a psychologist.

Look to your phrasing of the question for that proof. "People who are NOT interested in facts" describes people who rely solely, or mainly, on creative literature...hence novels, short stories or other literature. You thus present a unanimous sample by excluding anyone who would prefer factual presentations.

You have your proof, but not all the pudding.
