There aren't any egg-related superstitions that I know of for Friday the 13th, but there is a superstition that if you drop an egg on any day and the egg doesn't break, then you'll have bad luck. If you drop it and it splatters, then supposedly it's good luck (not sure how cleaning up a messy splattered egg is supposed to be good luck, though).
