Do you think that is a safe practice? If so, is there a safe limit on the weight of the person doing the walking?

My Aunt Linda tips the scales at 327lbs, and I'm thinking this might be a bad idea.

My sister walks on mine.. it feels great :)
You know how it is to have that nagging feeling when you want to crack your back.... and twisting around in your chair doesn't do the trick? .. well having someone walk on ya does :)
She is maybe 150lbs. if I had to make a guess at it..(tall/ average build) and that is only slightly less than what I weigh.
I make my hands into a fist tuck and them under my shoulders for support and lay on a hard floor. She just walks on to my back and gets her balance.. then makes little steps alternating the pressure from her heels to her toes. Feels great. Might be different for you, but, doing this on any kind of spongy surface (like a couch or bed) just doesn't work for me.
I have done the same for her.. but she doesn't like my bony heels :)

My hubby loves me to do this - thought I am not too keen on it. I am a hefty girl (but not quite as big as your aunt Linda). However, my hubby has survived and begs me to walk on his back every chance he gets (I only do it a couple times a year because I am sensitive about my weight).

Good luck! :)

My hubby loves when I do that to him !
I don't think he'd appreciate Aunt Linda though !
He can't return the favor though ! He'd probably
squash me ! (lol) But he does massage my back
and puts some weight into it, it feels great !

Hugs,

Way bad idea....don't let anyone over 90 lbs do that...

Your Aunt Linda will make your innards pop out...in places you didn't they would pop out...

No, but I do it for my fiancee.

Yeah, I'd tell Aunt Linda thanks but no thanks.
