hi karen about ur question the wise one who can chosse time to speak and time to be silence when speaking will make change and not put u in bad situation u must speak but if speaking will not make nay change or put u in bad situation or make some one hurt u u must be silent

Yes it is. Sometimes not saying anything is better than saying twice. Many people say things without thinking, so why I bordered to think for them? Why confront them? Let they think they are right, I don't care.
Usually I write the thing I should said in my diary. Maybe one day I will show them!

Like he said above, you have to choose your battles. Sometimes saying the obvious will get you nowhere, and will only make things worse. Some people are just looking to disagree with anything you say, so it's better to say nothing at all than to fuel the fire.

Depends. Sometimes the issue just isn't worth the effort. At other times the other individual will not listen to reason. Pick your battles. You don't have to confront every issue.
