Sorry for my previous reply it was just by mistake. I think I will also go for Ashraful as he is the man in form and his confidence must be sky high. But then its the game of cricket and who knows what will happen in Bangladesh-Ireland game though Bangaladeshis are most likely winners of the game.

It is practically impossible to know that specifically which man will perform the best. Nobody can predict that. Not even the players themselves.
Nonetheless, considering past record, it seems like Tamim Iqbal may prove himself to be a thundering striker against weak team like Ireland. So I would guess Tamim Iqbal.
