I recently stopped my birth control (4/5/07) and was in the first set of pills. I had the withdrawl bleeding 2 weeks ago. I have also had really sore breasts and now I am having mild cramping. I know you guys wont know if I'm pregnant, but what do you think the chances could be??

The chance is probably 50/50 that you could be pregnant.

In fact, it's possible you got pregnant while on birth control. It happens more than women think.

The chances of pregnancy are quite low every month. The chance of pregnancy with unprotected sex is 85% in a years time - this means that with 12 months of unprotected sex 85% of couples get pregnant.

It is impossible to know whether you are pregnant or not. The birth control pill can take on average 6 months for your body to re-regulate itself. On another note, only abstinence is 100% effective, therefore you can got pregnant while on the pill.

Since you just had your period on the 5th it is nearly impossible for you to be pregnant. Some women do have bleeding during pregnancy though; a home pregnancy test can let you know for sure.

You could be pregnant... just like the first person said its a 50/50 chance that you got pregnant during Birth Control. So its would be best if you took a pregnancy test.
