I think Ronaldo committing himself will have an impact. However, he's not been your only star performer, Giggs and Scholes have been different class this year. Speculation regarding Ronaldo has been rife all year, and it hasn't put of United yet, and I don't think Sir Alex would let it either. Therefore, his signing on will be a boost of course, and United have been doing well when there were all sorts of stories circulating about him which could have put the team off, so it should only improve the way the team are playing knowing that their outstanding player of the season is staying with them. Not easy to say as a die hard kopite.

Ronaldo is a very good player but one good player does not make a team.
As for the Treble you have a chance but don't forget Chelsea - they have just a good chance as Utd and they will not give up anything without a fight - still alot to play for and every came for Chelsea and Utd are must win games for both

being a huge utd fan. I think united can win the champions league if vidic, evra and louis return with their best forms.. not to mention the quickness of gary neville on the right in camparison to o'shea.. we need some luck of course but it is possible..
cristiano ronaldo and kaka are number 1 and 2 in the world right now so its gonna be a huge game in the semis..

I hope so but it is a big ask. I think Ferguson would love to win the europeon cup again and they are certainly on fire in europeon competition. I think they will win the premiership without doubt but the other two is anyone's guess.

it's good he has sign, but wining trophies are not base on on men display football is about team work and understanding, if ronaldo possess that knowledge we(united) should be successfully this season with three trophies.
