I know it's the Beatles, I was typing this while at work and couldn't change it because my boss walked by. Look at who wrote what song in their history and see what you think. also, if you think this is good, check out the rest of the series. Also, star this so your contacts can answer it.

The skiffle group of John was nothing before the arriving of Paul. Paul was the talented musician, so he made Lennon famous.

John Lennon started the band and was the leader. But Paul McCartney was the PR man. Especially in the end, Paul held the band together. But I think it was all the Beatles that made it famous. With their charm and talent, who could resist? It can't be just one person. If it was one person, they wouldn't be the Beatles.

I would say John Lennon because he was the more outspoken and controversial of the two. They are both extremely talented, in fact all of the Beatles were/are. However, John Lennon is usually the first to come to mind when someone thinks of the Beatles.

John Lennon was a better song writer, but i think Paul was a better singer. Wasn't Paul part of the group first, cuz when John joined the name was originally Long John and the Silver Beatles, so when he joined they became the beatles and took off. So John made them famous.

The History of The Beatles can be traced back to March 1957, when John Lennon and his childhood friend, Pete Shotton started a group called "The Black Jacks" to play Skiffle and America Rock and Roll. They soon change the name to "The Quarry Men". Their gigs were mostly neighborhood events.
