Only padded bras stop the pokage.
Most women don't like the padded ones, cuz they are more constricting and "matronly" (ugly), unless they are A cup and then the padding fills them out. Most push-up like Victoria secret are padded, which helps out the flatter ones.

NEVER NEVER NEVER wear a padded bra.... ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS wear the thinnest bra possible and even better is to wear no bra at all. Always let your nipple show.... Always !

No, she can still be wearing a bra, but for some reason her hormone level is elevated and breast tenderness and soreness result in the nipples hardening and poking out. Also happens when we're cold.

Unless the bra she is wearing is not padded. A thin material bra tends to show the "pokies" more.

Haha your nipple questions amuse me... personally I never have that problem but I do wear really padded bras... you really should stop asking nipple questions though!

oh help, yes, at least most of time...
some ladies just have more prominent nipples or
wear a more delicate bras...and than it could be very cold also
so hope that's your only problem

No - many bras, especially ones that aren't padded, simply consist of thin mesh, lace, or cotton that doesn't always completely cover a woman.
