when does 10+4=2?

by the way, it has nothing to do with time, or dividing the sum by 2. it is an actual method in math.

In clock arithmetic. 10 +4 = 2.
Clock arithmetic is also called mod 12 arithmetic.
The sum of 2 numbers is the remainder when
you divide by 12.

I just googled " 10 mod 4 " and it said " 10 modulo 4 = 2 "

10 mod 4 = 2. It is when "+" means "mod".
