Now that, I do believe, there are seres who are more intelligent than the human race, the same as they have weapons, that are far more advance than we have, besides, if we humans don't get along with one another, and killing each other, how can we defeat those life forms that threaten us.

Yes we will have a problem

If they can get here from there, then they can definitely defeat us. The ability to even make such a trip would imply a technology far more advanced than ours.

However, I did read a science fiction story that depicted an alien race that got lucky and stumbled on 2 simple technologies that for unknown reasons we have not discovered. Those 2 technologies were anti gravity and faster than light travel. Otherwise, they were at a technology level similar to what we had in the 1600s. They tried to attack and were immediately defeated. And we captured their ship intact at the end of the story. It ended there but implied that the aliens were in danger from us now that we had those 2 technologies in the captured ship.

Personally, I feel that if life does exist outside of earth, it is not more intelligent. However, I agree that if we did encounter more advanced beings, we would be "in a world of troblem." I like that word...it's efficient.

It wouldn't necessarily be more intelligent than us but probably more advanced technologically.
They would probably have superior weapons and maybe better transportation vehicles.
WE likely couldn't beat them in a fight
. Knowing this we would not challenge them till we figured we had the edge.
There are many intelligent societies scattered throughout the universe .
They will never come here and we will never meet them.
