What exacty is the name of the degree im going to recieve?

i am majoring in hospital administration(that is what my college calls it), is the degree going to be bachelor's in hospital administration or health administration???

If your college calls it hospital administration, then that is what the degree will be called. The individual school grants the degrees, not some outside body.

look at your school's website, find the program in which you're enrolled -- and look for the words "degrees granted" or "we grant degrees of B.S. in X field"
